The price includes:

taxes, registration, sejour fees, a parking place, air conditioning , water and electricity, towel and bed linen changes once a week, and final cleaning after leaving the apartment.


Residential terms:

The basic renting period is one week, Saturday - Saturday, but it's possible to rent an apartment for as many weeks as you wish.

Between 17.6. to 2.9.  it is possible to rent an apartment under alternative terms.

On the day of arrival your accommodation will be ready after 12:00. On the day of departure your belongings must be out of the apartment before 10:00.


Price conditions, cancel fees:

A rezervation is confirmed by the customer paying 20% of the total price.

Every customer has the right to cancel a reservation. If the cancellation is made less then 30 days before the reservation starts, the costumer is obliged to pay a fee of 20% of the total price.
